Guided Stair Step Breath.  This can be done first thing in the morning before getting out of bed or anytime to calm your nerves and lift your mood. 

Aaaahhhh! Free those hips. The front knee is bent and the back leg is straight behind you on the mat.

Alternate Nostril Breathing (Nadi Shodhana).  Find your zen in 5 minutes!  Take this recording with you to practice whenever you start to feel stressed out or play it when you just want to wind down.  Afterwards, you'll feel calm and rejuvenated.   P.S.  Pretty chill session. I practiced a few rounds myself before recording:)
