A 2-hour workshop designed to break down and teach you sun salutations, basic standing poses, and seated postures. Learn to link breath and movement, develop an inner body awareness, and learn how to modify the practice for your body. Expect hands-on assistance and plenty of time for questions. Leave this workshop with the confidence to safely make a vinyasa or power yoga class your own.
